Well some of you have been emailing me (and FYI, I do check my email more than the comments section of this blog ) and asking me how I like the free webhosting at 000WebHost.com and I just have to say pretty much all good things. I have had a little problem here and there but the people at 000WebHost have been quick to take care of anything that I’ve had a problem with. Hey… what do you want for free? I had more problems in a month with “iPower” or “IPowerWeb.com” than I’ve had with 000WebHost all year. I posted about this company back in June shortly after I started putting up some sites using their servers. Now just look how much I have grown. I am listing all of my domains at the end of this post for you to see (and it doesn’t hurt to have another link on the Web. Please copy this and use it all you want to. I appreciate it. I don’t know how long 000webhost.com has been around but I just discovered them a few weeks ago. Since then I’ve been so busy putting up new websites that I’m afraid I’ve been neglecting some of my older ones…like this one.

Where has this been all my life? It’s too good to be true! Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know about it but if you didn’t know either, you owe it to yourself to go check it out. It’s easy to sign up and you can have a website up in a day. I had a bunch of domains that I had bought from godaddy for cheap but couldn’t afford to get them online (I thought). Since finding 000webhost.com, I’ve put up almost a website a day. You can have as many websites as you want. That’s right, unlimited websites. I almost feel like I shouldn’t be telling you this. I want them all for myself! lol You are limited to one new website every 24 hours. It’s great. You can get a domain name for $1.99 (.info) at godaddy (or less if you buy 6 or more at a time). Then you go into godaddy’s domain manager and change the nameservers to ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com (000webhost’s servers). Usually with a couple of hours your site is ready to build.

The Fantasico Auto Program installer is not available when last I checked and forget 000webhost’s Website Builder. I haven’t been able to get them to work so far. And you don’t get FrontPage extensions with the free sites but you can use an ftp service to load your sites just fine. Here is a list of the sites I’ve got up and running so far:

You Can Quit Smoking Cigarettes if You Really Want To

If you are trying to quit smoking, I really feel for you. It’s the harder to quit smoking than it is to quit drinking. I

quit drinking over 10 years ago and it wasn’t easy but it was nothing compared to quitting cigarettes.But I believe anyone

can quit if they really want to.
I love to smoke. I’ve been smoking cigarettes since I was 16 years old. I’m 57 now. That’s 41 years. Actually, I just quit

smoking again a couple of weeks ago. I’m pretty sure it will work this time, thanks to the introduction of the electronic

cigarette (eCig). I quit for 2 years once before after reading Allen Carr’s ”
Easy Way to Stop Smoking”

but I never quit wanting a cigarette. I used to

“air smoke” a lot and it really seemed to help. I don’t think the nicotine is that important to me, but the physical act of

smoking itself was something I couldn’t get out of my mind. Cigarettes have started tasting terrible to me lately. I

actually started putting a mint in my mouth so I could stand the taste. I believe this is because of the many vitamin and

herbal supplements that I take. But no matter how bad they taste, I still want to smoke anyway. That’s ridiculous. I

actually started thinking, ” I wish they would make a chocolate flavored cigarette.”
I tried a “disposable” electronic cigarette from the local convenience store and I actually liked the taste of it a lot

more than real cigarettes. It was a “BluCig” brand and it was supposed to be equivalent to 1 and a half packs of cigarettes.

It lasted me about half a day. This concerned me because they cost $10 bucks apiece. OK, well I decided to take the plunge

and purchase a BluCig starter kit for $75. The ecig consists of a rechargeable battery and flavor pack that screw together.

You can buy flavor packs for $15 for five. The starter kit comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, a variety of 5 flavor packs,

an on-the-go charger pack (holds five flavor packs, an extra battery, and one ecig), a USB charger. I loved the taste and

performance of the ecig when it was working. I was able to quit smoking real cigarettes immediately. However, I was not

happy with the performance of the batteries. I was constantly charging them. I found myself smoking a real cigarette several

times out of frustration. I saw an offer on the Internet for a ecig starter kit for $5 ( with strings attached). To make a

long story shorter, the Ecigbrand battery was far superior to the BluCig battery. None of the flavor packs last long. I

started refilling my own now. More on the next post.

The young kids at Yeager Memorial Lutheran Church love their time with Pastor

Jenny before the Sermon every Sunday. Afterwards, they are invited to join

their teacher downstairs for “Kid’s Church” while the adults and youth stay

behind to listen to the Pastor’s sermon. Sometimes the sounds of children in

the church becomes a little bit loud but we don’t mind at all. Jenny is quick
